Chief Registrar’s Circular 28 of 2013 substitution

Practitioners should note that Chief Registrar’s Circular 28 of 2013 has been withdrawn and substituted by Chief Registrar’s Circular 1 of 2022. The Circular deals with the impact of certain provisions of the Companies Act, as amended, and is available here.
