Rules Board invitation for comments

The Rules Board is inviting comments on a proposed amendment to Uniform Rules 45 and 46 to provide for the conduct of online public auctions for sales in execution. The proposed amendments appear on our website. Practitioners are welcome to send their comments to kris@lssa.org.za by 30 May 2022 or directly to the Rules Board. The LSSA will collate the comments received for submission to the Rules Board.
