LSSA Advisory: Conveyancers invited to Electronic Deeds Registration System Project engagement with Chief Registrar of Deeds

Dear Colleagues

Conveyancers will be aware of the developments regarding the proposed electronic registration of deeds.

The Chief Registrar of Deeds will be holding meetings to advise conveyancers of the latest developments in this regard. The meetings will be held as follows:

  • 27 November 2018 Cape Town Deeds Office, 11:30 to 13:00 (Click here to view the Chief Registrar’s invitation to Cape Town)
  • 30 November 2018 Midrand (venue to be confirmed), 13:00 to 15:30 (Click here to view the Chief Registrar’s invitation to Midrand)
  • 3 December 2018 Bloemfontein Deeds Office, 08:30 to 12:30 (Click here to view the Chief Registrar’s invitation to Bloemfontein).

Conveyancers are urged to attend and participate in these meetings.
