Reports/Recommendations to the Minister

In terms of section 98(4) the National Forum on the Legal Profession must report to the Minister of Justice and Correctional Services every six months on its activities and the Minister must, immediately on receipt thereof, submit the report to Parliament.

The National Forum submitted its recommendations to the Minister in terms of s 97(1) of the Legal Practice Act 28 of 2014, on 25 October 2017.
