Advisory to the Legal Profession: Request for Comments on Robing in the Lower Courts

The Law Society of South Africa (LSSA) invites members of the legal profession to submit comments on the Robing of legal practitioners in the Lower Courts, as outlined in the notice issued by the Legal Practice Council (LPC). Click here for the LPC notice.

The LSSA encourages all legal practitioners to consider and participate in this consultative process. Your informed and constructive input will assist the LSSA in formulating a comprehensive and actionable response that reflects the views of the legal profession.
