SchoemanLaw Inc based in Cape Town wants to assist a small law firm to grow and specialise. 
SchoemanLaw Inc is able to assist with the following: commercial law, B-BBEE, conveyancing, litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

In what format will the assistance take place?
This will be determined by SchoemanLaw Inc and the law firm selected to participate. The assistance will, therefore, be provided on an agreed basis for an agreed period of time.

Which firms can apply for this assistance?
SchoemanLaw Inc
has specified that it would like to assist a firm that
1.  is predominantly black owned;
2.  is located in Cape Town;
3. is at least 50% female-owned and managed; and
4. is prepared to retain the necessary documentation for BBBEE purposes.

Selection process
A selection committee will select the firm that has the best prospects of being empowered through the project. The right is reserved to invite the selected firm for an interview with the selection committee. The decision of the selection committee will be final.
