CONSTITUTIONAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE

Committee scrutinizes all legislation requiring input from the attorneys’ profession e.g. the Open Democracy Act and the Administrative Justice Act. Inputs are also made to Government to ensure that it complies with, and upholds, the constitution. The committee makes a significant contribution by providing access to justice to those who would otherwise be unable to exercise their constitutional right of having their cases dealt with by the appropriate forum.
