ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION COMMITTEE

It is accepted that in many instances, it is too expensive to go to the courts with disputes. There are alternatives to the courts and one thereof is alternative dispute resolution. Transfer of skills should be conducted through CLE seminars. Growing area of dispute resolution in the communities and charged with ensuring mechanism in place to promote interest of justice.
